Frequently asked questions

Which formats are accepted?

docx, doc, xlsx, xls, pptx, ppt and odt among other common office formats.

Are my fonts preserved?

Fonts embedded in the document or present on the server are preserved. A very unusual font may fall back to its closest match.

Why convert to PDF at all?

A PDF looks identical everywhere and can't be edited by accident — the standard way to send a contract or a quote.

Does Excel layout break?

Wide tables can spill across pages. Setting the print area in Excel first gives a tidier result.
